2005_DEU_end of 2nd year_Vordiplom"Typography+Step"book

Assignment:
This is free project at the end of 2nd year. It's called "Vordiplom" in Germany.
Find your own theme and develop your concept, and make a graphic-based work.

My concept:
Discover a new aspect of Typography with european alphabet.
The european alphabet mekes me a very quiet and ordinary impression because of its simple constructure comparing with japanese letters.
What I tried to do in my work is to show people its another aspects - its more emotional side.
I made a Yes-No stamps and put it behind the shoes and let people dance with them.
So I got the foot prints you see above and made a book with that.
